Clearout Review

PROS: It's not that complicated to use, and I’ve learned it in 30 minutes. Now I can take charge of scrubbing all my leads as often as I can do it.

CONS: No major issues yet, and I am hoping that everything will go smoothly as I expect it to be. It may take a little while to validate thousands of email addresses on my bucket, but I will never question the results' accuracy.

PROS: I can rely on Clearout to send emails to hundreds of people each week while making sure that I get to maintain my bounce rate at ten percent and below at all times. Works well with Mail chimp, which means fewer things for me to worry about. I also love that they have added a feature that would allow us to use Google docs and excel sheets while verifying our emails in batches.

CONS: I am hoping that it would be compatible with more platforms in the upcoming months. Clearout mentioned that its part of their overall plan this 2020.

PROS: It's essential to know that we are sending emails to the right address because it increases the chances of getting replies from valid clients. Using Clearout is a significant advantage to my company, and it maximizes the efficiency of my employees who uses it.

CONS: The product is excellent and reliable for the price that I’m paying each month. We use this every time we send big batches of emails to our prospective clients.

PROS: I love how this app works seamlessly with Moosend. It's like having no issues at all. It took me a few minutes to upload our list into Clearout for checking, then I reverted it to Moosend and sent the emails by groups. It gets the task done without affecting my business standing.

CONS: The product for me is perfect for screening invalid emails. Easy to learn and understand that even a beginner can do it. Plus, the support team has always been awesome.

PROS: I use the app to validate my listings and reduce my bounce rate as well. I don’t mind paying for a monthly premium for a product that does a great job in double-checking my leads. I realized that there are many dummies and expired email addresses on my list that I haven’t noticed before. I have been wasting a significant amount of money by continuously sending emails to people/addresses that no longer exist. I chose to work with Clearout because of its consistent good feedback, affordable pricing, and integration features.

CONS: I’ve had a little bit of a challenge in understanding how the documentation works. But I got my answers from the CS team, so I have no more issues so far.

PROS: I use it to scrub my listings thoroughly, and it works well for me. Also, the support that I’m getting is more than what I pay for.

CONS: The product deserves a wonderful review. I’ve got no complaints so far.

PROS: I do not regret my decision to purchase Clearout because I am getting the results that I want for my email marketing projects. I currently run several of them so I need to validate all my listings in a very thorough manner. This way I can assure that I’ll be getting replies from my clients and closing more deals along the way. I am glad that Clearout is not that choosy when it comes to integration because it works wonders with Hubspot in which I am currently using.

CONS: There is nothing bad or negative that I can say about the product. I think that it should continue to innovate to serve more clients.

PROS: The product has been thoroughly developed before it was sold in the market; that is why many companies would like to use it. I also appreciate that it comes with a team of product experts who are willing to go above and beyond to help us solve minor issues that we experience now and then.

CONS: My team has not experienced any difficulties or problems in using this product. Although the interface is a little bit rough around the edges, I guess I can learn to live with that as long as I can do my tasks, it won’t be any problem.

PROS: My staff and I were able to maximize the use of Clearout by verifying our existing and incoming email listings. No need for manual verification because you can run your list by batches and get accurate results in just a few minutes. Also, I appreciate that the CS team goes the extra mile for their clients like when I was reminded to use the coupon that was about to expire in a few days to purchase additional credits under my name.

CONS: There is nothing to dislike and complain about. The platform has given us what we want and need, so I think they should keep it up.

PROS: It is a lot better compared to the previous app that I got for the office. It does a great job of verifying and filtering all invalid and false addresses in my mailbox.

CONS: None at all. I find the product perfect for its price.

PROS: The interface is straightforward to figure out from a user standpoint. It helped me organize my email list that contains a lot of invalid addresses that I need to get rid of. I never had the opportunity to do it until I started my subscription with Clearout.

CONS: So far, using the platform has been smooth and easy for my staff and me. No one made any complaints about the program, which means that they are pretty satisfied as well. I am hoping for more opportunities for integration in the future so I can maximize my monthly payments.

PROS: I was really happy with its availability as a Wordpress Plugin and now the recent launch of 'Add-on' feature on Google Sheets is like a dream come true for any person holding a large volume of Email address database. It helps in verification in a more organised way.

CONS: Nothing major that I can point out. Maybe a little more speed in the bulk email verification.

PROS: As mentioned, the result accuracy is high, performance and support system is really amazing. ROI can be easily measured with respect to the bounce rate and the number of emails sent.

CONS: 1. Save Cost and Improve ROI Emails validated through Clearout generate superior quality result as it let’s you know the valid emails that are guaranteed to hit the user inbox. Refrain from paying for invalid emails, which are usually charged by Email Sending Service Providers, & directly increase your ROI. 2.Protect Sender Reputation FACTS : 30% of the email addresses are either dead, spam or incorrect. A bounce rate above 5% can lead to reputation damage which may result in blocking of IPs & Domains. So, avoid any damage to the Sender’s reputation cleaning email list at regular interval. 3. Accurate Campaign Insight Invalid emails will never be delivered but still they will be reflected in your campaign stats, thus providing you inaccurate results. Sending valid emails generate less error prone metrics.
